does anyone know how to get the silph scope. i think you get it in the silph building, but i dont know how to get that guy out of the way. ive beaten the fighting dojo and got hitmonnlie but i just cant get that guy out of the way. ive done it before but i forgot.please help me.

you have to beat giovanni in celodon game corner by going to the poster and clicking on it then go in the door and your in rockets secret game corner hideout
