lol, it takes way more then 7 Ultra Balls. Even if its on 1 HP you'll still need at least 30, so take 50.

what pokemon would be best to fight luia without making it faint?? i have a lvl 56 typhlosion and it gets lugia's health really low but then lugia ends up gettin burned and faints... also, what would a good lvl for the pokemon be???

forget my last post.. i caught lugia!!!!!! and... umm... yeah... potato.. i caught lugia with like 4 ultra balls lol!!
