i cant find lugia! i've looked and looked and looked and looked but i still cant find the top-right island that you use to get lugia! i found the room with the ladder in it. i just cant find how to get to the ladder that leads to the room with lugia. can someone please send a Link with a picture how to do it. if somebody can it would be greatly apprecteited

i dont mean to sound ungratful, but i need to know where the upper right cave is. do you have to go through all the caves? i just have no clue.

the right upper cave. you only have to go in that cave. no need to go through all the caves...

the promlem is just that I cant FIND the upper right cave. if i find out how to do that i can use the link you gave me to get to lugia. if you could like send me like how many steps you have to go from the first whirrpool. wait do you have to go from olivine city or do you start at cianwood?

you start from cianwood then surf to your right keep going straight until you feel you reach the upper left cave(sorry it supposed to be left if i were not mistaken or just try use the link to check you are in the correct cave).after you arrived use flash to light up the dark then use my link...

how do u catch lugia???? i used like 7 unltra balls on it and it still wouldnt work...
