Go by any water and get a wanted level of atleast 3 so police choppers can come after you. Shoot them down, and make them crash into the water. Take a camera and take a picture of the sunken police chopper while outside the water. The blades of the chopper should start to move. Every time you take a picture, the blades move faster. But if you do it for like the 8th time, the blades come to a stop unless you take another picture after that. You should try it!
