The Sims 2 Message Board  

I have recently had a weird thing happen to my Sims 2 game... i made a family(husband and wife) and moved them into a house. while in that house they had two kids. the house they were living in was too small, so i moved them to a more accomidating space. the next time i opened up the game, the family was totally changed. they had the same names, but they looked totally different! the kids also had grown up, and their house was all changed around! the mom had also gone and had affairs with some of the neighboring women. i dont know what has caused this, but i was just wondering if maybe you have heard of such a thing, or if you have any idea what to do? HaHa yea i think it is either just a glitch or a result of using the cheat code, boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true...because ive heard that can have some weird side effects sometimes.

I am not sure weather he used cheats or not but if he did this is a possible result. I never use cheats here there or anywhere except GTA. I have to say that it may just be a simple glitch.

u mite have brothers or sisters in real life who got in2 ur game and stuffed everything up because i dont think boolprop cheats do that much damage. usually all it dose lag the game down ALOT.

Yea but i only have a little sister who doesent even know how to work the computer,lol. i was thinking, could it also be something like a virus from leaving the game on for a long time? because sometimes i will just minus the game down, and then forget its there and leave it down there for days... could a virus from online or just my computer get to the game that way? lol 🤔
