I cant find out where Sylth and Star Tortoise are, plz help! Plz include where they are! ( what chapter and stage )

Star tortoise appears in chapter 6 at ocean roars cave in like stage 1 or 2. And sylth appears in chapter 6 at Rainbow butterfly wood. I think in like stage 2 or 3. It's been a while since i played but it was definately in chapter 6 in those levels

U can get a name change ticket from the mayor. First u have to get him to join ur party. ( U have to guess his lock combination. I think 1221) then u can go to him on the train and exchange medals for the ticket. I think a ticket costs like 40 medals. U get medals by fullfilling the requirements in the levels u fight in. Like the time limit and sphede ones.
