    You can't, you need a action replay or gameshark.

    ok listen i have visual gameboy advance [it is on pc]so how do i turn on a AR or a GS on it?

    ah so you are working with a modded gameboy emulator onto your PC? well I can't help you there. i can only help you if you have a AR or GS device for your gameboy advance/SP/micro/DS.

    You need only click on the "Gameshark" Tab under the "Cheat" Tab of VBA. Enter the code like you would a gameshark or AR cheat - they both fall under the "Gameshark" Tab on the Visual Boy Advance. E.G.
