I'm so sorry! We actually didn't get back until Friday, but I can help you now.

First of all, the lady in black doesn't help. Don't pay attention to those things, it's just for the game. You need to focus on the puzzles now.

Your question was: "i hav 4 of them- the soldiers head, the arrow, the round thing with nemerals on it and some round silver thing. where are the other two???"

Well, the other two keys are the lightning bolt, and the statue's key.

    To get the lightning bolt:

Go to your bedroom, and use the house phone to call the Cook. Order something, and be sure to ask for Uncle Fred and Johnny Rutter (Bread and Butter.) If the ****ney jargon gets too confusing, you can go to Mrs. Drake and ask for some clarification. Then a website will be available on the cell phone. You need to leave your room anyway, so they can deliver the meal. If you haven't talked to Jane in a while, do that. She shows you a dire message, and talks about her lack of trust in anyone. If you return to your bedroom, the food will be there.

Eat the meal, and be sure to take the butter with you. Return to the hallway, and use the butter on the door's keyhole. Now the key will work, and what happens? Some wooden beams slide out, allowing you to see the panel above the door. It's a slider puzzle, and the only one I can't tell you how to solve. But I can provide a way to beat it. Go into Jane's room, and look at the big poem on her wall:

As the Moon rises upon thee,
Fear not, but draw upon the strength of
absent friends, and toast to their memories
    in happiness and wonder.
With the stalwart heart of a knight, let Charity
be thy guiding angel. Stay firm in the knowledge as a
dedicated Geometer, and fear not the ravages of
    Father Time.
For, dear child, as you learn the lessons
of Folly, the secrets of this world
    shall dawn in thy soul.

Looking at the tiles, start at the bottom left, and proceed across the top, then down to the right.

The order is: Sun, Moon,Strength, Father Time, Toast, Folly, Angel, Geometer, Knight. Just like the poem.

It's your job to arrange them in the order found in the poem.

Once you solve it, you get the lightning bolt key.

Here's how you get the statue's key:

Go turn the gargoyle, and open the West passagway, the one that had the runes. Go down until you come to the knight. Look through the peephole and see Nigel's library, and a statue. Click on the statue's fingers, and the statue should turn. This will scare Nigel a little. Click on the fingers again, and Nigel will get very scared. Do it a third time, and he will scream and run out. Go to the library now, and get the statue's key from it's hand.

    Hope this helps!

Which ones? Do you mean the tile puzzle above Jane's door?

I'm sorry, but that's the only thing in the game I can't fully explain.
You kinda have to do it on your own. Don't worry, you'll get it. Just don't give up, ok?

My order is different because that's kinda the way to solve the puzzle. There is a Sun in the puzzle, but not in the the poem.

What's a folly? I never mentioned a folly, whatever it is...
