When you take a character through tales of souls and fight Olcadan you unlock their last weapon which is the ancient. another way to get this weapon is to go to practice and complete the tutorial in training mode with Olcadan.

yeah that is true. but beating the tutorial can be hard if you have played the game alot and you are so use to doing one hting but it tells you to do another. Ive unlocked theancient weapon for a few character's WITHOUT doing ANYTHING to do with Olcadan because it is for haw many battles you have played too.
