i found the 1st three go the 3rd question mark for #15 blacklist #14 blacklist - 2nd #13blacklist - 1st

pink slips r not random they do not change each time but if u want to get all pink slips pick 2 markers if u dont get the pink slip not to worry dont press A just turn off your X box and turn back on . yes it will meen that u have to race the black lister again but pick the marker that u did'nt pick last time and that will be the pink slip . hope this helps guaranteed to work cleared the game twice and still rolling
