WHEN I LOAD THE NEIGHBOURHOOD EVERYTHINGS ALL RED AND LIGHT RED PATCHES AND WHEN I LOAD THE HOUSE THE SIMS ARE ZOMBIES AND ITS STILL RED AND LIGHT RED PATCHES.

maybe because an error in your cd-rom/dvd-rom.Try uninstalling and install in another computer
