u have 2 build the rat cave.. But to build the rat cave u first have to buld some other rooms!! Once u biud the rat cave u have access to the rat suit at any time!

YOU DONT HAVE TO BUILD THE RAT CAVE WHEN THE ROBOT GOES INTO TYHE PENT HOUSE TRISTAN GIVES U THE POSITION!
