How do i get to my Download file?

    I'm really confused. I have been trying to download Items off Sims2.com and everytime i do a blue box come's up saying ''Please double-click a custom content package file install the content''. And while browsig the other board's i learned about something called a ''Download file'' where all the thing's i tryed to download have gone. How do i get to it?
