i cannot fine flash or fly anywhere... i am just about to get past snorlax but i cant get in rock cave or fdark cave and i wanna

go back to johto and in violet city you find bellsprout tower. get in and battle all the trainers in there until the last one. if you beat the last trainer he will give you "flash". as for "fly" go back to cianwood city using surf. talk to the lady outside the gym. she will give it to you after you beat the gym leader(which i assume you already did)
