    After you have entered the Cheat Gnome cheat or Plumb Bob Trophy cheat, quickly press UP, B, UP, RIGHT. A sim's voice will confirm if done correctly. Then go to the cheat gnome and select it, then select FILL ALL MOTIVES. Now all you're sim's motives will be full.

    where did you get this cheat from? it doesn't work on my game does it work on yours?

    I got this one from a friend and I haven't tried it out yet, but he said it works. If it doesn't work when I try I'll look for the right codeand post it.

    The cheat for full motives is Up B Up Right White. I've tried it and it works.
