Hmmm, GTA has so many things that is hard to tell what it needs to add on... I will tell bigger map, more missions, more different cars and better grafics.

they need to improve the targeting because it isnt very good at the momment and i hope you get to use nuclear weapons lol

i think it should be all over the world and you can travel every where but that would take way to long

It should be set in the 21st century...2003, say?

I think the next GTA should return to its GTA 3 roots, and be a mafia storyline. I think that the main character should shift between 3 or 4 different mafia families to work for. I also think that in the next GTA, you can design your own character, ie. skin colour, hair colour, hair cut, and stuff like that. Just so that everyone is different and not all the same. Also, if it involves gangs, more than 3 types of gang members. San Andreas is awesome, and I dont know how rockstar games is gonna make a better GTA, but I'm sure they'll find a way, and I'm sure it will own.

Required:
Assets that tie in together ex.VICE CITY Boatyard,Cherry Poppers, the Malibu, the Print Press gain extra asset count due to controlling all aspects of the cycle.

Hidden Items/missions(going to various places to interact with
people to collect campaign buttons,

New weapons (like claymores, crossbows at like at a renesance fair),

choose you own past dirty cop, kevorkian, eminem, changes plotlines, interactions with sub characters, etc. etc.

The three houses senario from Morrowind, one house per game changes plotlines, interactions with sub characters, etc. your mission is to take down all three.

Waterskiing missions

Rockstar has done two cities and a state, why not a tiny country.

Fo a new GTA we should have jetski/waverunners and better places that we can go into pysically in the game and better cars/motercylces/planes/boats that are somewhat up to date like the 2005 Mustang (sweet car) and the sub from San Andreas would be cool if we could use it. Then you have an autopilot button where you choose the desination where you want the plane to go instead of the airports and you'll can choose to automatically jump out when you get to that spot. Then you have better gang drive-bys with your homies (they can shoot out tires or they have better skills when they on foot cause is GTA SA they stand around like idiots during gang wars)

they sould also have snow and stuff on the ground, and have crazy stuff you can ride like horses, and get hit by cars and ride around in wheelchairs and stuff. then you can get really hurt and break your legs and stuff. that would be great and stuff.
