it all depends on which sowdsmen you are talkining about. their is one in hyrule town, the brown one with the chickin on it. another one can only be gotten to by kinstone. it will appear in hyrule garden, however, she will ONLY train you if you have the red lantern, in which to light the lights. you can get in the temple of droplits. that is as far as i've gotten.
