there's no cheats for animal crossing unless you're using a action replay or gameshark which i don't think has been invented yet for the DS. 🙁

XD, I'm trying to get a festive tree.

Every new year your mother will send $10,000 bells. I have reset the game for the new year several times to get the bells to pay off my house. Now, you will be over run with weeds but what you can do is between 2-4am in the morning go out in the village and eventually you will meet up with a ghost and he will offer for you to find 5 spirits when you do that he will reward you with something (like clearing all the weeds in your town).

there is really not much need to chop trees down but only if your town has too many trees all you have to do to get money from trees is shake them and if you shake them everyday you get around 1500 bells plus you get two items of furniture sometimes you get letters from your neighbors that will send you fruit plant the foreign fruit because the fruit native to your town is worth 100 each vs other fruits is worth 500 each the more trees u plant the better(there are peaches, apples, pears, cherries, oranges and coconuts)

the best way ive done...

(fruit trick)*
get a friend to keep his/her town open for a wile,
take as many fruits from ur town and sell them in ur friends town @ 500 bells each...
then take the fruit from his town and do the same thing...
just keep goin back and forth...


*note: only works if other person has diffrent fruit
