You get all of the money from your previous game also and you get to blow things up with the expensive bombs earlier in the game also. KABOOOM!!!
I wonder what I will do next... :5 SECONDS LATER: Let's go blow up a building with C4! :20 SNIGGERING MINUTES LATER: That was fun! Let's do it again, and again, and again!!!

Everything should still be unlocked. It's called playground of destruction because you alredy have everything and all that's left is to blow up everything in sight.

yup, tons of cash, you cant start with less that 50million and practically all the buyables, so you can run into enemy lines with a street sweeper in the middle of an artillirary bombardment

also you can blow nearly everything and anything up without the risk of loseing all your money,plus its fun to run into the middl of a battle and start shooting the crud out of keorans (try not to kill your troops)

its simple for the P.G.O.D KABOOM, tat,tat,tat... whoosh... BOOM (hijacks good chopper) "locked on" kaswiss... BOOM, "there gos another NK tank".
