unlike liberty city, the dodo in gta 3 has "clipped" wings. which means it cant fly properly and even if you do get it to fly(by pulling the nose up during high speeds) it wont stay up long.

If you use the cheat for flying cars,and get the tank and place the turret backwards, you can shoot behind you and get enough speed to stay in the air, it's the only thing that stays in the air I guess

I think you just repeatedly tap W. I haven't tried it yet, I always seem to crash and get killed (by just continuing to push W the entire time before my crash).

The world record for flying the Dodo is nearly 46000 seconds which is equal to more than 12 hours,so don't tell me that it can't fly,even I flew for whole 2 hours once
