when your able 2 board the ship after u beat the elite 4, talk 2 the lady in front of it. if u havent gone 2 battle frontier yet, she may ask u about that 1st, i dunno. but, when she starts talkin bout the ticket then u can go 2 the island & catch lati@s

you forgot one thing you have to talk to the lady in lilycove
it only works tere in the lilycove shiport though.
