i have 85 characters!!! 2 more to go, and here is a really cool cheat- to get all seven dragonballs really easily, just do one easy battle where you can get a dragonball, then do it seven times.
please post ones you already know.

here is my strategy to getting dragon balls.
A good glitch to get the dragon balls,
Majin buu saga
where you fight Super Buu as SS3 gotenks.
Destroy the main building in Kami's lookout, and you will see a dragonball, grab it and defeat Buu using the "Super Ultra Buu Buu volley ball attack"
Repeat, the dragon ball will be there all the times. Once you have gathered all 7 Shenron will come to grant you a wish, you can pick one at a time.

1. The Great Ape
2. The Great ape Vegeta
3. Master Roshi
4. Kid Goku
5. Tao Pai pai
6. The true world tournament (battle gate)
7. and password mode which can be opened using the "Duel" selection from the main menu.

There is other places to find dragon balls, but the one I listed it probaly the easiest.

To me the easiest place to get the dragonballs is Choutzu vs. guldo. he always runs away from you giving you time to find the dragonball, wich is completly easy to do. And he so stronger than guldo giving you a 99% chance of winning. Where as fighting super buu you have a 50%- to beating him, and he comes after you because he's very confident to winning. Just to add more variety and fun to the game I do seven different fights. First...

(namek saga)
gohan vs. guldo
krillin vs. guldo
choutzu vs. guldo
then...
(saiyan saga)
yamcha vs. krillin[krillin sometimes will go away from you and shoot ki, you block som but his smash ki destructo disk will hit you, even if you dash towards him, that's the annoying part][always in the middle building, same as rest]
krillin vs. yamcha
chotzu vs. tien
tien vs. choutzu [choutzu alway goes far away and uses ki, just a heads up]

It's just funner than doing one battle. And their probably the easiest battles.
