they are everywhere in the grass. They come out randomly but they are hard to find and catch, that's why it's good to save your masterball.

thanks coz i've been lookin in books and on websites but they havn't worked. how can i catch them without a master ball or the best way ?

the easiest shortcut i recommend to you is find other people that have those pokemon. then you trade them into your game. when you do that your pokedex will show the pokemon's nest.with that you can catch them. after that trade it back to that other people (if they want back their pokemon).i do that to my game. remember chasing those pokemon are really hard. you must have a good stategy. good luck!!!
