I* assume your talking about the one on the moutain and what you do is charge up all of your aeons overdrives and use them all on Seymour, he'll still have some HP left just use like aurons overdrive and your good.

i defeated the REAl omega guy. but i still didnt get that item that alows tiduses hp to get hp break

You need the PAL version of the game to fight the Dark Aeons, the US version doesn't have them.
The item that will let you learn the HP break for your armour can be won from Shinryu in the Creaton monsters section of the Arena in the calm lands, you need 30 for every time you want to use it on a character
