i've created a couple of maps, one i call hell's chain, it's 3 islands, with a huge area for exciting boat and jet-ski fighting... one island has the blue base. (which has a secret rear entrance for the truly hardcore stealth people..) and the red base island has plenty of tents and other buildings to use for cover, the middle island is where all the heavy weapons are, but watch for snipers from both of the other islands! it's all about the decisions you make, and about paranoia, which leads to my other map...
which i call Paranoia Agent.. (one of my favorite animes) it's aptly named because of the multiple layers, most of them several hundred feet from the ground, spanning the entire field of battle, which is basically two bases on either side, a huge forested valley in between, with a single raised platform smack-dab in the middle, serving as an arena.. there's two ways to every area in the map, and weapons on these paths, so which way you go, and which weapons you collect determine whether you get sniped in the middle, or if you're the one doing the sniping... me and my friends have tried large scale matches with these maps, and they loved them both, and loaded them onto their X-boxes to practice so they'd be ready later. i'll think of some more, but for now that's it. (by the way, i spent about 7 to 8 hours on both of them together... i'm constantly making small refinements, so my friends will have to reload them again, i guess.)
