Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Nope, they left out a lot of the cool DBZ3 budokai characters in tenkaichi, so hopefully they did it so they can add more characters in tenkaichi 2...if there is going to be one
