Can you get Raichou? Also what are HP water HP psychic and so on. Also How do you teach Raichou surf.

teaching surf = i don't know raichu can learn surf. does it???? hmmmmmmmm never heard of it. if it's true that's something new.

to get rainbow wing you have to beat all the team rocket in goldenrod. you must find the real hostage. onece you beat everyone he will show up after team rocket diapears. he will give it to you.

silver version: an old man in Pewter town gives it to you (Kanto)


to teach Raichu Surf you need the pickachu from the yellow version and beat the level 100 cup in PKMN stadiam1 with out saving and you have to use it in every mach, once it knows surf, you can evolve it into raichu

are u talkin about how to get to all the battlers in the ice gym? if so, this is how u do it: When you first enter the gym, move to the very left. u should be standing next to a statue. Go up, up, right, down, left, up and finally right. You will be standing in front of the gym leader.
