type in maxMotives or use boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
in create a family mode, then slide your motive bars over.

To keep your sims green at all times you can use this. First type in the cheat boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true while in the neighborhood. Then when you play with a sim you can drag the needs bars up to keep them green. You can also use this cheat for a lot of other things if you do shift+ click on a sim there's a lot of options so try it! hope this helps!
