ok then, here are detailed directions, first you must go to the power plant, talk to the man and then go bak to the Cerulean Gym and then u will bump into Team Rock, after that go to the bridge leading up to Bill's House and he should be there, beat him and go bak to the Gym, no go to the square in the middle, the part should be in the top left had side of the square
