how do i build faster? i have the money cheat so is there a way i can pay to have my stuff built faster?

If you hit esc and choose world builder you can do anything you want then close world builder to continue the game.

Try a program called "Bit Torrent" and install it on your PC. This is file sharing program. You can get software music and program cracks there. You might get what you're looking for there. If that doesn't work try another torrent program - either "Bit Lord" or "U Torrent"

You have to have the right form of CIV/Gov't I believe it's Universal Suffrage, but not 100% sure
