You can't you can only get them by trading with, pokemon red, blue or yellow, or using a gamesharck codes! hope i helped

mew and mewtwo can be found in red, yellow and blue. mewtwo is in the game while mew you have to use a cheat. what i know, gameshark codes is the other way to use cheats by entering specific code(gameshark is a thing). but you must be careful because using it might corrupt your data.
did anyone knew how to get kabuto and omaster?
as far as i remember, you have to choose between two eggs(i think)or watever the name is. one contain kabuto and other contain omastar.
