thats the insomniac museum. you can find an alternate secret path there at Metropolis but to get in that room youve gotta umm... do something.

u got to go to the museum at 3:00 then u se the teleporter thingy lit up go on it and it transport u to the museum where u can play like minigames and all that stuff lol
