Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi Message Board  

im thinking about buying this game. is it worth buying?? i bought dragonball z sagas and that really sucked!!! so please tell me if it is good.

yes its the best DRAGONBALL Z GAME EVER BUT IT IS A LITTLE HARDER

I agree that sagas game really sucked!!! But if you like games where you can go in the water and roam around while fighting buy this game. But if you like games with secret ways of getting characters, normal areas to fight in where your opponents can't hind, struggles and no added objectives in battles like if your Goku and Your versing Frieza the first time you have to beat him with the Spirit Bomb attack. Definitely buy Dragonball Z Budokai 3 instead.

Sagas sucked, I mean, it was way too easy, and didnt really have enough options. But Tenkaichi is a great game, takes some getting used to the new combat style, and how it has gotten a little more difficult, but once you get the hang of it you find that you can beat the fecal matter out of them in no time...except for that damn Ape Vegeta...Angered murmmering...

I know what you mean! I put it on very weak, and easy and it still took me forever to beat him. I don't know witch on to perfer out of budokai 3 and tenkaichi. their both a game of their own. in budokai 3 you can transform in the heat of battle, where in tenkaichi you can't otehr than kaioken. You can't really hide from your opponent in the game once they get a lock on you cause the camera always faces in their direction. I you're looking for a good story mode game, i'd perfer budokai 3. if you're looking for the better 2 player game, I'd perfer budokai 3. If you're looking for the better and funner, not easier, but funner way of getting dragonballs i'd perfer tenkaichi. If you're looking for original finishing/ultimate moves I'd perfer budokai 3. If you're looking for better world tournament then tenkaichi. If you're looking for better envirmental uses and addition to the fun then tenkaichi. If you're looking for better character coustimazation then budokai 3. So lets see, "budokai 3"=4, "tenkaichi"=3 . I guess i'd perfer you get budokai 3. You should just get both though.

I thought it was esay all i need is the passwords from shenron but hint block against finishing and supefinishing moves to cut the damage from them or find a indedrutable object and hide or charge behind it.

You can't get omega shenron in the game.
