yep check my tenkaichi FAQ*click my profile and look for it under "AUTHOR OF"

and go to Dragon balls section, i've got the easiest spot to get em there.

You don't need a password, you unlock him in z battle gate. (check out my DBZ tenkaichi FAQ to see how)

this is a tenkaichi board not a budokai 3 board. I need to ask you something first, can you get SS4 Goku in budokai 3? I havn't played that game in forever. if you can tell me that i can give you your answer
