umm...ok a trainer takes a game and alters it...its like cheat software.

trainers can give you stuff like unlimited ammo, max health etc.

Basically cheats that you make on your own. You can make them do anything that you want.

4 quotes in 1 message is considered to be a disruptive post, in other words..1-2 quotes ok and 3 is too depending on how long the quote is.
