Because there's so many things people could put in their sigs that would NOT be suitable for kids. Think about it.

It'd also kill 56k modems.

How long do you have to be inactive in order to have 'INACTIVE' under your Avatar...just so that it never happens to me...

Inactive are disabled or banned accounts.

I know this maybe against the rule but why a weird thing happen when someone use that love sign, it end up showing "C 3/4". Was the html thingy disabled?
