yes, in the general discussions board in red there is a message boards rules post just read it, is that the rules u needed, sorry im not a mod, and this is ask a mod board but i had to answer that ?

i cant exactly answer your ? but, make a new one and see if they lock it again, u cant really get in trouble, just it might get locked, and remember they only allow 3 spam topics on the GD board so if a new spam topic is created then they might not allow it
