All i can tell you is that the flood were more scarier in Halo 1 and yes they were weapons created by the forunners like Slayer said.

But I agree, mass fighting in Campaign was something I missed in the Halo 1 - 2 transition.
Thnk of levels like Two Betrayals where you had Wraiths fighting against Flood with Rocket Launchers *drools*

About that. How do you fire the lasers what the Wraiths use? I've seen the covenant shoot out lasers at you whenever you are trying to hijack it. I've been pressing all kinds of buttons and couldn't do it.

Uh... you cant activate it and they are not lasers they are plasma cannons because only the covenet can activate it and no the arbiter cant activate it either...(Really Sucks Though)

GokutheGreat, you cant use the plasma rifles on it because it will be available in Halo 3. Bungie did the same sort of thing in the Halo 1-2 transition with the energy swords. There was all of one time it showed up in Halo 1: in the second part of "Truth and Recensiliation". The transport vehicle for the Ghosts in Halo 2 will probably be available to drive in Halo 3 (I hope). And as far as the story for Halo 3 goes, Here's my idea. The MC will walk into the first room and see the Brutes and Elites fighting to the death as he just walks on by to the Prophet and asks him where he is going and the Prophet responds "I'm taking the great journey" and crashes the whole ship on some planet that you don't know (yet ) Turns out you landed on a small remainder of Reach where there is a Spartan. The last remaning one that was said to be "Missing in Action" along with the others on Reach but was on a tiny space that survived. So then Blah Blah Blah.... off of little planet thing Blah Blah Blah.... Beat up Gravemind Blah Blah Blah.... lots of death in bloody battle Blah Blah Blah.... Elites win Blah Blah Blah.... team up to destroy Prophets Blah Blah Blah.... end up killing other Spartan Blah Blah Blah.... MC is sad Blah Blah Blah.... kill the Prophets Blah Blah Blah.... Flood people turn back to normal Blah Blah Blah.... Peace and harmony. My fingers hurt.
