I want to move my sims from one house to another. How do I "sell" the house and everything in it and move them to another house? Thanks.

PS This is in the same neighborhood.

What you do is while you're in neighborhood mode you choose a family and choose move to family bin. When you move a family to the family bin all of the profits of moving out and all of the sims belonging are automatilcally moved to their budget. Then you can choose them and click on the house you want them to move into. Hope this helps!

Yes just evict your family to the family bin from their house they will get all the stuff in the house turned into money but you cannot take your items over to another house.

in your opinion which sims 2 expansion pack do you like more? im going to ask for one for christmas but i can't decide.

also before we were talking about how we could invite more people to our parties, and i found this cheat intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims 8 i haven't had a chance to try it out yet so i don't know if it works =/

One of my sims just became an adult. What happens if I find his own place? Do I get to move him in somewhere or does he just go off and gone forever?

he should be in the homeless sims bin
