Does anyone know how to catch Feebas, or a good guide or anything?

yes i know how to catch febas you will have to know the HM surf and have the good rod go to route 119 surf around with the good rod it will take time so be patient febas will change its positon when you change the cool phrase at dewford to get milotic you will have to feed it dry pokeblocks to get its beauty up and let it gain a level and you will have milotic
