Magic skills you get by lvling up yo 7, being a Mage (preferably if you want better magic.) If you are a mage go to a Temple, if you are a Fighter go to the Temple up to you level 20 Class Change. If you a mage you ALWAYS go to temples. To get the Demon Staff (if i'm right it's C grade and it's the one with the eye) then you craft it or buy it from somone. Or you can always try to kill bosses.
There are no cheats unless you go to a private server that has them, or if you host your own server and can give yourself items and levels.
