HM01-Cut-At Vermillion City inside the Ship. HM02-Fly-Near Celadon head to the Cycling Road an you'll see a tree that can be Cut well cut it and you'll see a builing in your way so just keep on going and you'll just get in it and then get out of it and you'll see a house go inside and there will be a girl inside that will give you HM02 Fly. HM03-Surf-You can find it in the Safari Zone at Fuschia City. HM04-Strength-You can find it in Fuschia City after getting the Gold Teeth at the Safari Zone and then giving them to Warden at a house. HM05-Flash-You can find it near Pewter City go to the way to the Viridian City and you'll see a tree that can be Cut now go down and you'll see a house and you'll see Prof.Oak's Aide and he'll ask if you got 10 Pokemon in your Pokedex.
