Does anyone know if you can trade/transfer itmes/TM's over GBA emerald to GBA FR/LG? If you can't just do items, can you attach it to a poke trade it and it will be the same item when they get the poke?

You can attach it to a pokemon but you cant just send it over without a pokemon.
