hi joedogg, to gte to the penthouse u have to have rep over 400 or 450, i cant remember which as i have already entered darius's penthouse but i think it's 450 rep.
perhaps u could now help me?
u asked where the cheat gnome was in diamond heights,well, is there a cheat gnome in every district or is the gnome in diamond heights, OR, lol, do u have to do a cheat to find the gnome?

there is a gnome in every district.it took me a while to find it too but they r there.they r usually around the outer sides of the district.
