i think you get it after beating All Cup Tour on 100cc or 150cc

they say you shouldn't kick someone when they're down... but what do you do when they're down and swiping you at the ankles?

Just complete all the other cups, that's how I did it (of course in 50cc, 100cc and 150cc).

Done Challenge Series
300k points with Corvette

Nintendogs:
8 dogs
Gotten to Championship for Disc
Star handler

Mario Kart DS:
Finished all races
Done all missions
