Never Mind i figured it out you have to unlock the episode 4 door, then you plays as Darth and capture the Princess

you have to get the bar at the top full.

In each level, you have to get enough studs, lego money, to fill up the gold bar that appears in the top middle of your screen when you gather the "money". The "money" is the silver gold and blue circular chips that bounce around when you break things or use the force on certain items.
There are 17 levels so there are 17 gold bars to fill. This is called your Super Kit and all 17 pieces make the Blockade RUnner. Once you have all 17 pieces it unlocks the secret door which is Episode 4. Vader looking for Leia. When this level is done, you get Vader and Stormtrooper for free and you are allowed to buy Rebel agent and Leia.

if u get all of the minikits and get the Bar full at the top, for all levels in Episode I, II, and III, u can unlock all characters.
