That's a tough one, if it's the mission i'm thinking of the guy your saving is played by james woods, anyway you have to keep following the beacons until you reach the airport then you have to find his cellphone frequency, drive around until your meter is full then crash your car into them and they should get out then kill the guys and rescue him from the back, blow the van then take him back to your hideout, if you keep failing get the infinite health cheat to help you....p.s. watch out for the cops
use the lock wanted level cheat then so the cops wont come after u but if u like having fun and being chased id rather not use the cheat
