U don't. U get there from undernet3. Enter from undernet2,
turn left, turn right, right, right, and go around in a clockwise circle
till u reach a warp. U should be able to work it out from
there.

U can get to undernet5 from undernet4 tho.
U need all six dublsouls, which you wont have until about
halfway tru the third game.
