you can only get deoxys in FR/LG and Emerald and you can only get mew in Emerald. to get mew, you need the Old Sea Chart, which will take you to World's End Island. to get deoxys, you need the Aurora Ticket, which will take you to Birth Island. there are some AR codes on this site that will help you get those, or just mix records with someone who has them already
