Purple one: P-up, D-Down P can be found in thousand year door. just hit the purple question mark block between the two yellow block.

Not sure about the Green P-Down, D-Up for mario, I don't quite remember:
Maybe try far outpost, the block is invisible, it should be near the beginning close to the tree. (use the mowz to sniff it out)

The other possibility is in the great tree area. Where u have to bring up the flight pad. It should be near the middle of the trees.

Forget about the great tree area. You will find the P-Down, D-Up P (not for mario). So, scratch that.

It's behind the black chest, where you're turned into boat


Also P-Up, D-Down, can be found in Riverside Station, in the sorta like a maze (not really) tunnel. After you use Flurry to blow over the paper covering the door.

Hp Drain P can be found in Poshley Heights

It's in house next to the train station. Use paper mode to go through a small opening in the house. You'll see the opening behind the table (wall has slight different in color).
